We provide career guidance and advice, assist to find a decent job and to develop employability skills. Also we provide ESOL English classes and ICT courses, help to alcoholics’ anonymous, support victims of domestic violence by giving advice, help and shelter for ethnic minorities, living in West Midland area.

Quite often migrants have strong language barrier, and lacking of knowledge about support available.
Our classes and courses provide people with English and computer skills, helping them to improve their communication and language skills and to get a better jobs.
Our advocacy service enables migrants to speak up and understand information about things that are important to them. We support our clients to speak out and be heard. We help our clients in developing communication skills, confidence, we provide personalized interpreting and translation of important documents and information.
It might be complicated to fill in job application or to create a brand new CV in English. We are happy to go through these processes with you and help you with that.
Limited communication skills, low confidence and self-esteem, history of abuse and violence in childhood – all this make migrant’ families more vulnerable. We support vulnerable people who struggling to live independently because either of health problems, or sufferers of crime, domestic violence or human trafficking.
Long working hours, hard work and language barriers lead to that many migrants have no friends and lock themselves between work and home. We provide leisure and community activities to reduce isolation, stress and mental health problems, so you can discover new and exciting activities, make friends and have some fun.
